Custom products
Customised products are made to your specifications. Please review all artwork, text, quantities, colours, and options carefully before submitting your order. Orders generally cannot be changed once production has started.
Intellectual property
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or text supplied with your order. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
